Team celebrating 50th anniversary season with free game for fans
OAKLAND, California -- To commemorate the A’s half-century in Oakland, the team is hosting a free admission game for fans on April 17, 2018 – exactly 50 years after the A’s inaugural game at the Coliseum.

Coliseum parking will open at noon and be free to fans. As with all games, fans are encouraged to use public transit to travel to the Coliseum. Capitol Corridor will offer a special late service, Train 550, departing from the Coliseum at 10:30 p.m.
Beginning at 3:30 p.m., Season Ticket Members can enter the ballpark through C Gate, D Gate, and the Season Ticket Member Entrance. All gates will open for fans at 4:30 p.m., and 35,000 fans will receive a 50th anniversary tote bag, courtesy of MLB Network.
Seating for the 50th anniversary game is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans are asked not to save seats. All seats in Sections 106 to 128 will be reserved for Season Ticket Members until the game begins.

All tickets for the 50th anniversary game have already been distributed; there will be no tickets available the day of the game. For more information on the 50th anniversary game, please visit athletics.com/50.
